I’ve always been deeply curious about life—about people, growth, and how we become who we are.
Growing up and living between different cultures gave me a wide perspective on the world, but it also brought a deeper inner question: Who am I, really, beyond expectations, environments, and roles?
For a long time, this showed up as self-doubt, overthinking, and a feeling of not fully belonging—even within myself.
Am I enough?
Am I becoming the right version of me?
Or am I simply adapting to what is around me?
The turning point was not one single moment, but a gradual shift inward.
I began to slow down, observe myself more honestly, and understand the patterns shaping my thoughts, habits, and self-talk.
And through that process, something changed.
I didn’t just “improve myself”—I began to build a new relationship with myself.
One based on awareness, structure, compassion, and trust.
